Ms. Karen Quinn-Quintin Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Karen Quinn-Quintin is vice president and chief human resources officer for The MITRE Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for strategic planning and direction of human resources for MITRE employees at more than 60 locations worldwide. Prior to joining MITRE in 2012, Ms. Quinn-Quintin served as senior vice president of human resources of Covidien, a global healthcare products developer. She successfully managed the human resources side of Covidien's spin-off from its parent company, Tyco International. She also previously served in senior human resources roles at wireless telecommunications company Andrew Corporation and at Textron Inc., a diversified corporation including aerospace, defense, and industrial businesses. She has significant international business experience in both Europe and China, and was based out of Textron's London office for three years. Ms. Quinn-Quintin earned a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College in North Easton, Mass. She also attended the Wharton Global Leadership Program and the Harvard Advanced Management Program.
