Public Disclosure Forms & Procedures for Speakers
Speakers are advised that this conference is open to non-US citizens. Day 1 and the morning of Day 2 is a public industry day open to all participants. Participation on the afternoon of Day 2 is subject to AFC2ISRC approval and will be restricted to DoD, DoD contractors and approved representatives of NATO, NATO nations, Australia, and New Zealand. Conference Speakers The MITRE Corporation takes seriously its responsibility to comply with policy and procedures governing the release of information. Conference speakers on Day 1 and the morning of Day 2 will be required to submit the appropriate form documenting that they have obtained public release approval from an official of their organization or company empowered with public release. One of three forms, depending on the speaker's affiliation, must be submitted no less than two weeks prior to the conference. Submission must be by fax (757-826-9212) or scanned form with appropriate signatures. Form A: U.S. Authors excluding U.S. Government employees [Word Doc, 25KB] [PDF, 17KB] Form B: U.S. Government employees [Word Doc, 23KB] [PDF, 14KB] Form C: Foreign Nationals [Word Doc, 22KB] [PDF, 14KB] MITRE Speakers MITRE speakers will need to follow corporate policy (FastJump MCF210) for obtaining public release (Day 1 and morning of Day 2) and submit the appropriate forms. Please contact the organizers concerning release guidance for the afternoon session on Day 2. Form MCF210 must be submitted no less than three weeks prior to the conference.
