This senior-level award was presented to Dr. Metzger by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) at TechNet International 2005 held May 17-19 at the Washington Convention Center. Dr. Metzger received the award in honor of his distinguished career in engineering and management, and for his steadfast commitment to promoting AFCEA's goal of a strong industry/government partnership.
