Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Overview

MITRE has deployed a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to support secure messaging for internal and sponsor communications.

This includes:

• Digital signature
• Encrypted messages

To enable you to communicate securely with MITRE personnel, the following resources are being made publicly available.

MITRE CA files (Required through 6/3/2012)

• MITRE Root CA-1 certificate [1KB] (view contents)
• MITRE Primary CA-1 public key certificate [1KB] (view contents)
• MITRE Primary CA-1 CRL binary format (pkcs7) [5KB] (view CRL contents)
