About This Tools and Services Catalog

Many companies support software development and maintenance tools that are useful in addressing parts of the Y2K date correction problem. The tools to do this are the subject of several conferences and industry workshops, and have been discussed over time on various internet and web sites. The products offered can be categorized as either targeted or integrated mechanisms, and addressing one or more of the basic stages of system analysis, impact assessment, code modification, or testing support.

There is no way to give a complete list of every vendor and product in existence, but many companies are improving their offerings and we are continually expanding our list of vendors to help make it more useful. Our Tools and Services Catalog presently has 700+ vendor entries.

Where user evaluations are available, a link to that information is provided. If the vendor provides a web page on their products, a link to it will also be available via the vendor name field.
