Innovation in Operational IT and Knowledge Management Overview IT organizations are constantly required to balance cost, operational excellence, and innovation to provide more value to the business. Differentiated value comes from empowering knowledge workers with innovative capabilities and supporting them with a reliable, mission-focused, cost-efficient infrastructure. MITRE is piloting programs in social and semantic software, applying Web 2.0 technologies for building future anticipatory knowledge discovery and delivery needs.
