ABSTRACT
This paper will describe the variety of different programs at The MITRE Corporation and the various learning delivery approaches used, including who uses them and what motivates them. The programs discussed include college/university sponsored education, MITRE Institute instructor led training, e-Learning systems, non-MITRE Institute educational programs, and external training and conferences. The delivery methods include instructor led, e-Learning, videotaping, video teleconference broadcasting, video streaming, satellite downlinks, and microwave links.
