ABSTRACT
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), assisted by The MITRE Corporation's
Center for Advanced Aviation System Development (CAASD), is working
with industry representatives to develop the National Airspace System
(NAS) Operational Evolution Plan (OEP) (Federal Aviation Administration,
2005) that integrates and aligns the FAA's objectives and plans with
those of the aviation industry.
