The Director of Knowledge Services for MITRE reviews the highlights of Knowledge Management (KM) history in MITRE and how it is interwoven with the development of the corporate intranet, the MII. The briefing also reviews some of the non-technology parts of the KM program, including knowledge exchange meetings, KM awards, and roles in KM.
