ABSTRACT
This document presents a final report of the MITRE-Sponsored Research (MSR) project
"Applying User Models to Improve Team Decision Making," Project 51MSR120 (FY2004 and
FY2005) and 05MSR107 (FY2006). The goal of the project is to study team decision
making in a controlled setting to determine the critical features of team dynamics and team
processes that influence effective team decision-making and to use those features to build
user models of team participants.
