ABSTRACT
Government agencies struggle to comply with Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) requirements, and MITRE is frequently asked to support
Government agencies with OMB compliance issues. As a consequence, MITRE
is conducting a study to:
- Discover root causes for OMB compliance challenges;
- Obtain a better understanding of the foundation of OMB requirements; and
- Suggest methods for Government agencies to more effectively comply with OMB requirements.
