Overview

This is a software prototype designed to record safety incidents in the aviation industry. Use of this tool will provide a safety officer with information needed to formulate the appropriate corrective actions, ultimately contributing to reduced aviation accident rates.

The user can leverage the workbench tool by searching a collection of incidents or aviation-related events to find those most similar to a selected event. The tool can also be used to find relevant correlations among incident attributes and to identify incident subsets with unusual properties.
