MITRE’s Help Desk Wins Prestigious Industry Award

MITRE's Help Desk received HDI's Team Excellence Award, which was announced at their Annual Conference & Expo before approximately 2,500 participants.

HDI is the technical support industry’s largest professional association in the nation, and gives this award to the team that has set and achieved the highest standards of excellence in customer service.

This marks the first-time MITRE's Help Desk has received this award.
