MITRE Senior Vice President Kathleen Federico, chief people and corporate strategy officer, was named to the 2022 Top 50 Women Leaders in Massachusetts by Women We Admire. The award recognizes the achievements of exceptional women who inspire others to aim high and continue their journey towards reaching their full potential. This year’s awardees are leading in some of Massachusetts’ top industries including biotechnology, maritime trade, engineering, information technology, finance, health care, and higher education.
