Federal News Network talked to MITRE about its ideas to bolster and grow the federal cyber workforce.
MITRE’s Dave Powner said, “The government needs to sell mission a lot better…When you look at some of these organizations, and the missions that we’re operating in, it’s very attractive to many, many of those in the workforce, including the younger workforce.”
MITRE also discussed other strategies to boost the diversity of the cyber workforce.
