MITRE Joins Boston Women's Compact

June 29, 2017

MITRE joined more than 175 Boston-area organizations in pledging to work toward building a more equitable workforce. Signatories to 100% Talent: The Boston Women's Compact commit to working with the Boston Women's Workforce Council to develop a better understanding of the gender wage gap and its causes, take measures to close the gap, and participate in a discussion to evaluate their efforts.

Other organizations that have signed on include the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Dunkin Brands, MIT, and Morgan Stanley.

The Boston Women's Workforce Council, established in 2013, is a collaboration between Boston Mayor Marty Walsh's administration and Boston University.
