  • Metro Access: MITRE is a short walk (or shuttle bus is available) from the McLean Metro Stop on the Silver Line.
  • Badging is in the lobby of MITRE 3.
  • Gadgets/laptops will be allowed in the rooms.

  • Lunch, coffee, and some light snacks throughout the day will be provided for $15/day, or you may bring your own lunch. Cash only at the door; exact change preferred.
  • Parking: A QR code will be provided to you (by email and/or event organizers) a few days prior to the event. Scan the QR code to open the parking gate. The code may be shared among participants. Park anywhere on the MITRE campus not designated "reserved."  We recommend parking in the lot to the right (west) of MITRE 1(MITRE 1 is the building located on top of the hill on Colshire Dr. as you drive up from Rte. 123). Badging is in the lobby at the front (north side) of MITRE 1. VIP parking in front of MITRE 1 is available by-request for SES/Flag-equivalent personnel.
  • ID: A government issued photo ID is required for badging!

  • WiFi is available and gadgets/laptops will be allowed in the rooms for U.S. citizens and legal US residents.

  • The dress code for the meeting is as follows:
    Military: Navy: Service Khakis, Marine Corps: Class C, Army: Class B, Air Force: Service Uniform, Civilians: Business Attire

SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS:

If you are not a U.S. citizen or legal resident, please know that only those who register by the above deadline will be admitted. Unfortunately, MITRE cannot admit foreign nationals who do not RSVP ahead of time. When you arrive, you must show proper identification from your country of origin with your photo on it (i.e. a Passport) or a green card for U.S. legal residents.

Please be aware that due to national security restrictions, foreign national visitors are prohibited from bringing any portable electronic device into MITRE facilities such as laptops, cell phones, personal digital assistants, SMS devices, USB drives, cameras or sound recording devices. We respectfully request that you leave those articles in your vehicle.
