  • Lunch, coffee and some light snacks throughout the day will be provided for $15/day, or you may bring your own lunch. Cash only at the door; exact change preferred.
  • Parking: A OR code was sent to youin the announcement email from the event organizers, which is needed to gain access to MITRE parking.
  • The OR code may be shared among participants. Park anywhere on the MITRE campus not designated "reserved. " We recommend parking in the lot to the right (west) of MITRE 1 (MITRE 1 is the building located on top of the hill on Colshire Dr. as you drive up the hill from Rte. 123).
  • Badging is in the lobby at the back (south side) of MITRE 1. VIP parking behind MITRE 1 is available by-request (use "Other" box, below) for SES/Flag-equivalent personnel.
  • ID: A government issued photo ID is required for badging!
  • Metro Access: MITRE is a short walk (or shuttle bus is available) from the McLean Metro Stop on the Silver Line.
  • Map/Directions: see the map of the MITRE campus
  • WiFi is available and gadgets/laptops will be allowed in the rooms for U.S. citizens and legal US residents.
  • The Meeting is unclassified.
  • Dress Code: To facilitate an open workshop dialog, dress code for military and civilian is business casual.
  • Registration deadlines: Noon on 25 June for Foreign Nationals, and Noon on 5 July for US citizens and legal US residents.

MITRE is a not-for-profit corporation that manages and operates Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) for the U.S. government. As needed, MITRE engages subcontractors and consultants to perform scientific, technical, advisory, and infrastructure services. Please complete and submit the following "Vendor Profile" form if you would like to be considered for future MITRE Subcontract needs. If your organization is identified as a potential fit, you will be contacted for more information.

When you have completed the form, click "Submit Registration" once, and you will see a confirmation page. Your application data will be sent to MITRE, as well as to the email address you provide, for your future reference. If there is a question concerning your data, a MITRE representative will contact you using the contact information you provide below.
