Julie Bowen Named to Washington Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business”

Julie Bowen, senior vice president, operations and outreach, and chief legal officer, has been named one of the Washington Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business.

Bowen was nominated for her leadership at MITRE and beyond, including her pro bono legal work. She discusses her experiences in this video. 

The WBJ awards program honors the Washington metropolitan region’s most influential businesswomen—those who blaze a trail for other women in business and  leave a mark on the local community. Nominees are judged on their professional accomplishments, community leadership, and awards and milestones. Bowen and the 24 other winners were chosen from more than 200 nominees.
