Alan Piszcz, Ph.D.
Technical Fellow
Alan Piszcz is a recognized expert in spatial trajectories, existing and emerging sensors, and algorithms that support intelligence for analysts and operators. Piszcz collaborates across the community advancing spatial trajectory analytics in research and practice by focusing agile system analysis and existing capabilities on complex government challenges.
He has developed numerous prototype solutions, working closely with and driven by analyst requirements, to improve analysts’ understanding of challenging data sets. Many of his prototypes are being used by the government to advance their capabilities.
He advises government agencies and other stakeholders on techniques to address and close gaps in spatial trajectory understanding and capabilities for a range of environments. These gaps include defining, provisioning, and resourcing radar capabilities and systems supporting moving target exploitation.
