Michael Cook

Michael has been the Space Weather lead at MITRE for 3+ years working alongside NOAA, NASA, FAA, and international partners. Prior to joining MITRE, he was a Lead Space Weather Forecaster at the DoD Space Weather Operations Center at Offutt Air Force Base and a research scientist at NASA Johnson’s Space Radiation Analysis Group. Michael is also an Adjunct Professor in the Millersville University Space Weather and Environment: Science, Policy and Communication Graduate Certificate program.
