Glenn Daly

Glenn Daly is vice president, Center for Engineering and Analysis within MITRE Technology & Engineering (MTE). In this role, he leads the center’s work across infrastructure and communications, systems engineering, modeling and analysis, signals and electronics, and emerging technologies. He also stewards some of MITRE’s most important laboratory infrastructure and technical capabilities.

The Center for Engineering and Analysis is central to helping MITRE respond to a rapidly changing mission and technology environment. As sponsors seek faster paths from problem definition, through experimentation and integration, to fieldable outcomes, the center advances the next generation of systems engineering. It merges engineering, modeling, analysis, simulation, and experimentation. 

The center also helps MITRE apply artificial intelligence and commercial technologies in ways that improve speed and mission impact while preserving the rigor and technical independence our sponsors rely on. Working closely with our business sectors and FFRDC leadership, Daly and his team bring these capabilities to the earliest stages of sponsor strategy and solution development.

Since joining MITRE in 2001, Daly has held a range of technical and program leadership roles supporting some of our sponsors’ most complex missions. He previously led MITRE’s Office of the Secretary of War Division and co-led our Joint Command and Control cross-cutting priority, helping shape investments and sponsor engagements that advance critical capabilities for the joint warfighter.

Daly also led the Integrated All-Domain Effects Division, supporting Air and Space Force priorities across strategic capability planning, science and technology, intelligence, and special classified applications. 

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
