MITRE’s Enterprise Strategy and Transformation (ES&T) Innovation Center helps identify and develop the right people, build consensus around their collective intentions, and nurture a culture of trust while showing them how to better understand their operations, design their future enterprise and roadmap to get there, and measure their progress toward their goals.
